Welcome to A Better You, Week by Week!

This series is all about sharing practical, impactful steps to help you lead a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling life. Each week, we’ll explore a new topic, drawing inspiration from the transformative practices we embrace on our retreats as well as fresh ideas to enhance your wellbeing.

Think of this as a journey where small, manageable changes can lead to big, positive transformations.

👣 So, join us on this path toward a better you—one step, one week at a time.

Why Happiness Matters

Research shows that happier people not only feel better, but also perform better in life and work.

Happiness isn’t a distraction to success—it’s a catalyst.

Too often, we fall into the trap of thinking we need to postpone happiness: I’ll be happy when I get that promotion, when I hit my sales targets, when I go on holiday.

But happiness isn’t a destination—it’s a way of travelling through life. Or to put it another way—a way of life.

At SOHA, we believe that living with happiness means finding joy in the journey, not just the end goals.

At SOHA we choose to view the world from a position of feeling gratitude, and being present in the moment—so that we can enjoy more of every single day while achieving more—leading to even greater satisfaction.

🧠 On our retreats we dive deep into how our brains actually work, and explore powerful techniques to exercise more control over our thought patterns.

Without needing to get into the science and attend a retreat, you can follow our simple formula (above) .

Try it today… and see what changes happen!

Before you go, remember…

1. Life is unpredictable and often messy—but we have the power to shape our experience of it.

2. This is not an exercise in pretending to be happy—science shows that our thoughts and perceptions actually influence our reality.

Stay strong. More next week…
